Our Return Policy
  • Raise a return/replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery. In case of damaged/missing product, raise a return/replacement within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • Avant Sport will take 1 working day to review your return request.
  • For Product Returns & Exchanges if you request for a reverse pickup service we would charge Rs. 70 for the service. Alternately, you can self-ship the product back to our registered mailing address.
  • If our reverse pickup service is not available at your location, you would need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner.
  • After the product is received, Avant Sport will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement would depend upon the stock availability.
  • Only Return Requests mailed to info@avantsport.in will be considered. Please clearly mention your Order ID when requesting a Return or Exchange Request.
  • Return Requests submitted via Facebook, Instagram or any other medium will not be considered.
Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered – physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
  • Incomplete order – missing products
  • Unhappy with product quality
Under what conditions return/ replacement request will not be accepted?
  • Opened/used/altered products
  • Original packaging (box, labels etc.) missing
  • The return/replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery
  • The damaged/missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery
